清閑寺窯 五代 杉⽥眞龍(すぎた‧まりゅう)

SEIKANJI-GAMA V SUGITA MARYU

Seikanji Kiln was founded in the early Meiji period by the first Kikujiro with the permission of the former count Seikanji family,

and was succeeded by the second Ryusai, the third Shohei (who passed away in 2009 (Heisei 12)),

and then the fourth Shohei.


1973 Born in Chawanzaka, Kyoto as the eldest daughter of the fourth Shohei
1998 Graduated from Kyoto College of Arts (now Kyoto University of Arts) Department of Japanese Painting
1998 Graduated from Kyoto Prefectural Ceramic Technical College Department of Design
1999 Completed Kyoto City Industrial Research Institute
1999 Joined Seikanji Kiln and worked in the family business
